In response to the economic impact North Alabama businesses are seeing, Huntsville's Neighborhood Concepts, a non-profit that supports individuals and entities, set up a loan relief program via their North Alabama Revolving Loan Fund (NARLF) that will benefit businesses that are suffering during the pandemic.

According to NARLF (flyer available here), an entity may request up to $25,000. The organization will award these funds based on financial info as well as other factors, such as how the COVID-19 pandemic has directly impacted them and how they will utilize the funds to cover operating expenses.

This program can help small businesses in addition to other support from Alabama Department of Revenue in the form of tax deadline filing and payment relief; Alabama Department of Labor's COVID-19 unemployment claims, and Small Business Administration COVID-19 disaster assistance loans.
